Thought he could engage 12 voters for £60 which Gillow arranged for him to have. More names mentioned. Testimony says he resides in London with office in London. Census shows his address as being in Margate.

Yes ? — I have heard nothing that I could tell you, and if I have not heard it I cannot tell you. I told you so at first, but you keep dragging on this question, and try to confound me, but I assure you I have heard of nobody but the names I have mentioned. I do not mix with the people and have only heard of the general talk of the election, and I cannot recollect anybody else.
