  • 10493.

Was the 4L. for keeping it more open than usual ? I do not quite understand, what was the 4L for ? — Sometimes people came in of an evening to ask a few questions about the election and voting, that is all.

  • 10494.

You are a voter yourself, of course ? — Yes.

  • 10495.

Well, I suppose you voted straight, did not you ? — Yes.

  • 10496.

And 4L. helped you to do it, did not it ? — I do not know about that; it did not make any difference about that.

  • 10497.

Do you think you would have had the 4L. if you had not had a vote ? — I expect so ; I do not know.

  • 10498.

The 4L. was for your vote really, was it not ; your vote and influence ? — There was nothing said about my vote for the 4L.

  • 10499.

Do not you really think it was for you to help the cause ? — Well, I could not say what it was for exactly.

  • 10500.

Yon will let me draw that conclusion, will yon not ? I shall not be very far wrong if I think that 4L, had something to do with your helping the party ? — I do not know.

  • 10501.

I do not think I shall. Was that all that yon received ? — Yes.

  • 10502.

Every bit ? — Yes. I have not received the 12L. yet.
