Born in 1835. Brother of William Henry Ramell. The renumbering books of 1892 show him occupying 119 (192) and 120 (190) High Street which is just north of Griffin Street. His shop is presumed to be at 190 now a residential property known as The Lion House. The 1891 census shows him at 119 and no entry for 120.
