Was called to testify twice and gave conflicting accounts to different examiners. On Day 8 testified to receiving £3 from Mr Lee and on Day 12 to receiving £3 from Mr Porter. On each occasion he denied receiving any other monies. Wasn’t listed in the index as being bribed by both sides.
